Councillor Gary Mulvaney is the lead Conservative on Argyll & Bute Council, having been the Leader of the three-member Conservative Group. He was first elected to the council in 2003.

Councillor David Kinniburgh was first elected to Argyll & Bute Council in May 2007.  He was re-elected in May 2012.
