Dates: Fri 14 - Sun 16 March 2014Edinburgh is expected to receive an economic boost of more than £1 million with the hosting of the 2014 Scottish Conservatives’ annual conference.The event will be held in the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). EICC estimates that the spring gathering will generate £1.47 million for Scotland’s capital.The conference will take place on 14-16 March, and will feature senior party figures from around the UK.
The city of Stirling has been chosen to host the Armed Forces Day national event on 28 June 2014. This will be a spectacular national event, affording the local community the opportunity to lead the nation in honouring the UK Armed Forces past and present.
