I see that just as the SNP put their signs up across Islay 18 to 20 of my campaign signs in Port-Ellen not only have been taken down but are missing.
There is no way of knowing who took down my signs but other party's signs were left alone. Do the people who took these signs down really think their cause will be helped by this action ? This will only make voters more likely to support me in the upcoming election.
These kind of actions give politics in Scotland a bad name. I can say with complete confidence that you will not see any of my activists taking down SNP lamp post signs.
If you want to see an end to this kind of nonsense on Islay then send a message on the 4th May by voting for the Conservative and Unionist party.
