Barbara lives in Kilcreggan, part of the Lomand North constituency, having moved there a number of years ago with her partner Denise and their 2 pets.

Barbara works as a shift manager in manufacturing for the past 26 years


Remembering the fallen

On the one hundredth anniversary of Armistice Day, members joined in with local commemorative events across the country.

The village of Portnahaven on Islay played host to the ceremony to mark the one hundredth anniversary of the actions at Henin and Fontaine-Les-Croisilles, France (24th and 27th of August 1918) and the award of the Victoria Cross to temporary Lieutenant David Lowe MacIntyre, Argyll and Sutherland

Islay to host WW100 commemoration

Today I was very happy to meet with Cllr Barbara Morgan the Argyll and Bute Council's Armed Forces Champion. We discussed the upcoming World War 100 commemorations on Islay.
