Donald Cameron MSP

Following the news that CS Wind in Machrihanish entered into administration, Highlands and Islands Regional MSP Donald Cameron said:

“Now that we have confirmation of administration, it is imperative that Scottish Government ministers, and the agencies concerned such as HIE, take action to ensure that the assets at the site are put to productive use.

“Frankly, the local community in Kintyre deserves a lot better than this, and if the onshore windfarm sector is not going to deliver the jobs ministers promised, then we need to find alternatives that do.”
